As a Bay Area native and life-long resident, I’ve been fortunate to reside in one of the most desirable regions of the country. While I received my real estate license in 2001, I’ve been in the real estate investment market since 2007. Prior to my entry into the real estate arena, I enjoyed and acquired invaluable sales and marketing experience as a business to business and corporate sales manager. Combined with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, my sales and investment experience have provided for the foundation by which I’ve built a fruitful real estate business.
My education and career path has made me a firm believer in data and statistics when it comes to sales and investments. Hence, I base my approach to pricing and valuation accordingly to ensure my clients are buying a home with value and selling under the right conditions at the right price. My application of analytics and strong negotiation experience is instrumental in ensuring the protection of my seller’s equity and soundness of my buyer’s investment.
My business lends itself to the necessity of partners and support staff to ensure I have all the resources to support my client’s needs and goals. However, when you select me to help you buy or sell your home, you work directly and only with me. As my client, you will never be passed off to an admin or assistant. I will be accessible at all times from the moment we meet to identify your goals until we celebrate the handing over of your new keys or check from the sale of your home.
